Grilled Romaine Salad



★ Romaine's heads
★ Olive oil
★ Halved cherry tomatoes
★ Crumbled bacon
★ Chopped red onion
★ Shaft’s blue cheese crumbled on top

Homemade blue cheese dressing:

★ 1 cup mayo
★ 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
★ 1⁄2 tsp ground mustard
★ 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
★ 1 tsp worschishire
★ Some red wine vinegar
★ Salt and pepper
★ Fresh dill if you want
★ Shafts blue cheese


1. Wash and dry the head of romaine, then cut it in half lengthwise.

2. Turn Grill on to medium-high heat, meanwhile, lightly brush oil on both sides of the Romaine heads then Grill
on each side for about 2 minutes until grill marks have formed. be careful not to heat it too long.

3. Top with tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, onions, and homemade chunky blue cheese dressing.
