Fried blue cheese olives

This recipe is probably one of the easiest, yet tasty appetizers we've ever tried! Just a few ingredients and simple steps will give you these delectable fried blue cheese olives. Personally, we think these are perfect for any get together. Easy to make, easy to grab and enjoy... All around they just make sense. Give them a try and let us know what you think! 


  • 1 bag Shaft's Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

  • ¼ cup Flour

  • ½ tbsp Paprika

  • ½ tbsp Garlic Powder

  • ¼ cup Panko Breadcrumbs

  • ¼ cup Italian Breadcrumbs

  • 2 Eggs, Whisked

  • Cooking Spray


  1. Pat dry the blue cheese olives

  2. Add the flour and spices to one mixing bowl, breadcrumbs in a second bowl, and the whisked eggs to a third mixing bowl.

  3. Dip each olive into the flour, then egg, then finally in the breadcrumbs. Repeat until all olives are breaded and set on a separate plate.

  4. Spray the olives with cooking spray.

  5. Air fry the olives at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Serve with fresh herbs and extra blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
