Unexpected Buffalo Chicken Dip

Before you think - just another plain old buffalo chicken dip, just don't. This is no plain old dip. What's the difference, you ask? Good question - it's Shaft's Serendipity. This aged sharp cheddar and blue cheese combo seems like it may have been made for this recipe (we have no information to prove otherwise...). The ratio of cheddar to blue (3 to 2) is perfect for a buffalo chicken dip. And, because it comes in this beautiful stack, you get just the right amount for this recipe in a 6oz wedge. Was Serendipity made for buffalo chicken dip or was buffalo chicken dip made for Serendipity? We'll never know. But you need to try it, along with our other super snackable Super Bowl dips. Pair them with Firehook crackers and you have an amazing spread that will bring all the deliciousness without the extra work.
