Ingredients:
Shaft's 3-Year Velvet Blue
Ground Beef
Thick-cut bacon
Red Onion
Butter
Arugula
Brioche Bun
Steps:
Cook bacon by desired method (skillet, oven, whatever you prefer)
Preheat skillet to medium high heat, add butter to melt. Thinly slice red onion and add to skillet with butter. Stir until caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside
Mix ground beef and your preferred seasoning, form into patties.
Preheat grill to high
Grill patties to desired temp
While patties are finishing up, slice and slightly grill brioche buns
Remove buns and patties and assemble, adding bacon, caramelized onion, arugula, and crumbles of Shaft's 3-Year Velvet Blue Cheese.
